There are several ways you can support the work of Energy
Healing Partners, Inc.
*Participate in the Pilot Study
on Bipolar Illness*
At this time, one way you can help is to participate in
the Pilot Study being conducted on bipolar illness in order
to help validate this approach to treatment. The
Research Participation Form below describes the study and
your participation in it.
If you wish to participate, click on the files below and

Well Being Questionnaire, and the Moods and Energy Levels

You will need to print out all three forms in order to
participate in the study.
